Role Description The Senior Paralegal role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in San Antonio, TX. This role supports legal and compliance activities related to EnProVera’s government and commercial operations, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. The Senior Paralegal will manage case files, maintain document databases, track deadlines, and assist with preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting legal research, summarizing findings, supporting regulatory and policy compliance efforts, and coordinating with attorneys, program managers, and operations teams. The role also involves liaising with clients and government representatives as needed, ensuring accurate documentation, confidentiality, and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and contract requirements. Qualifications Experience in legal research, case file management, and preparation of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Strong skills in document review, drafting, editing, and maintaining organized, detailed records and databases. Knowledge of government contracting, regulatory compliance, and procedures related to Homeland Security, intelligence, or law enforcement environments. Proficiency with standard office software, legal research tools, and document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting. Several years of relevant paralegal experience, preferably in government, national security, or complex litigation matters. Paralegal certification or equivalent education; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
