Role Description The Assistant Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM. This role supports the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations of a multifamily property, including leasing activities, resident relations, and office administration. The Assistant Community Manager helps manage rent collections, prepares lease documents, handles resident inquiries, and assists with resolving concerns in a professional, service-oriented manner. The role includes coordinating maintenance requests, updating property management systems, and supporting marketing and outreach efforts to maintain occupancy goals. The Assistant Community Manager collaborates with onsite team members to ensure compliance with company policies, accurate reporting, and a well-maintained community environment. Qualifications Property management and leasing skills, including resident communication, rent collection, and basic knowledge of multifamily operations. Administrative and organizational skills, such as data entry, records management, scheduling, and attention to detail in documentation. Customer service and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members. Basic financial and reporting skills, including handling payments, assisting with budgets, and preparing routine operational reports. Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing). Ability to work on-site full time in Albuquerque, NM, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in residential or multifamily property management, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
