Senior Structural Designer (Revit, for building and steel structures, detailer) Tulsa, OK or Fayetteville, AR Industrial Facilities | Relocation Assistance Available Seeking an experienced Senior Structural Designer to join our growing structural engineering team supporting the design of complex industrial facilities across North America. This position is ideal for an experienced structural designer with strong expertise in Revit , structural steel detailing , and building design who enjoys working closely with structural engineers to deliver high-quality construction documents for industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage, and energy facilities. You'll be part of one of the fastest-growing engineering firms in the region, specializing in industrial facility design and engineering. What You'll Do As a Senior Structural Designer, you'll develop structural design and detailing packages while supporting structural engineers throughout all phases of engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include: Develop detailed Revit 3D structural models for industrial buildings and process facilities. Prepare structural steel framing layouts, foundation plans, sections, elevations, and construction details. Produce structural drawings for steel and concrete structures. Prepare fabrication and shop drawing packages for structural steel. Create AutoCAD 2D drawings and construction documents. Coordinate structural models with civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and architectural disciplines. Review fabrication drawings and assist engineers with design revisions. Support field investigations and incorporate site information into design documents. Maintain drawing quality, accuracy, and compliance with company drafting standards. Assist with project coordination, document revisions, and engineering deliverables. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, client standards, and engineering best practices. What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Structural Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of structural drafting and detailing experience. Strong experience creating Revit structural models for industrial buildings. Experience detailing structural steel and reinforced concrete structures. Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD . Strong understanding of structural detailing practices and construction documentation. Experience reviewing fabrication and shop drawings. Knowledge of structural steel connections, foundations, and industrial building systems. Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience supporting projects in manufacturing, processing, food & beverage, energy, or heavy industrial facilities is highly preferred.
