Sales Floor Associate

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our sales team and ensure smooth store operations. In this pivotal role, you will support the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and driving sales growth. Your leadership will foster a positive shopping environment, uphold company policies, and ensure inventory accuracy. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management oversight. Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals!! Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers and increase store visibility Experience Prior management experience in retail sales roles with supervisory responsibilities is a plus! Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence Demonstrated ability in inventory management, purchasing, and retail math for Experience with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and shift management is essential Prior experience in recruiting, employee orientation, training & development, and team leadership is highly valued Organizational skills combined with excellent communication skills are critical for success in this role.
