Delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical services to post-implementation clients, the Senior Business Central Consultant will work full-time in a remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity, focusing on improving clients' business processes and information technology. Key responsibilities: Provide functional and technical services for Dynamics 365 Business Central clients, addressing tickets and coordinating with experts to resolve complex issues Document work thoroughly, create knowledge management resources, and execute marketing efforts including newsletters and webinars Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget while managing change requests and onboarding assessments for new clients Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience or private industry experience with at least 1 year in consulting Experience in modeling business processes and translating requirements into business applications Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of the Business Central ecosystem and Marketplace App partners Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive client requests and shifting priorities effectively
