Admissions Registered Nurse

VITAS Hospice Admissions Nurse is the compassionate bridge between hospital or community care and the comfort of hospice, guiding patients and families through one of life’s most important transitions with clarity, empathy, and confidence. This RN role requires a valid state license and at least 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred). You will assess eligibility, educate families about hospice services and Medicare benefits, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
