We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Hospice Registered Nurses to provide exceptional end-of-life care to patients in their homes and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of palliative and hospice care principles, demonstrating empathy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to enhancing quality of life. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the Hospice RN will coordinate patient care, educate families, and ensure comfort through comprehensive symptom management.

Some positions within the organization:

  • RN Case Manager (Home care)
  • Inpatient Unit RN (Hospice House)
  • RN - On Call (Dutchess & Ulster after-hours support)
  • Patient Access Hospital RN
  • Visit Nurse (Per Diem)
  • Wound Care Specialist RN

What you will need:

  • NYS RN License
  • Valid Driver's License (for certain roles)
  • At least one year experience in nursing
  • Compassionate Demeanor
  • Proficient in patient care and assessment
