Express Employment Professionals of Ithaca, NY is recruiting Property Maintenance Technicians for multiple openings with our busy clients in the Ithaca area. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll respond to service requests, conduct inspections, and make repairs in apartments and townhouses. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC experience. A variety of roles are available from entry-level maintenance to specialized roles in plumbing and more!

Property Maintenance Tech Job Duties:

• Address service requests and concerns promptly
• Take care of various repair and maintenance duties, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, utilizing a range of tools
• Assist with grounds cleanup and landscaping as required
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all levels

Qualifications:

• Prior maintenance experience is essential.
• 2+ years of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry preferred depending on role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently handle repair tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and an interest in advancing to a supervisory role.
