As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll be the guiding hand helping our clients develop essential skills, improve communication, and gain independence ? and you'll do it with the support of a caring team and comprehensive training. No experience? No problem! We provide all the paid, in-house, ongoing training you'll need to succeed and grow in this rewarding career. What's it like working with us? Every day is different and full of new opportunities to make a positive impact. You'll work directly with clients in their homes, clinics, or schools, using innovative ABA techniques. Watch your clients thrive as you help them reach their goals and overcome challenges. Who are we looking for? People who love working with children and helping others Students studying Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Early Childhood, or related fields Babysitters, nannies, daycare workers Direct Support Professionals, Respite Workers, Paraprofessionals LNA/CNA professionals And anyone eager to make a difference! Ideal candidates are available Monday-Friday, between 1 pm and 7 pm , for about 10-15 hours a week. You should be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid California driver's license with reliable transportation. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required ? we?ll train you! Your responsibilities: Implement personalized ABA techniques in various settings Collect accurate data to track progress Participate in therapy sessions, staff meetings, and training sessions Support with daily living and personal care routines?including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills?using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
