About the Role

As  Employee Benefits Account Manager- Small Group , you join an insurance agency that offers customized, creative health and welfare solutions. The company seeks someone with a passion for client service who can balance behind-the-scenes policy management with client engagement regarding policy, service, and enrollment matters for small group accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• You strengthen relationships with clients, helping them with benefits administration and answering questions about coverage, claims, and billing issues
• You lead several key moments within the life cycle of their account including plan implementation, renewal preparation, case submissions, and enrollment meetings

Skills & Experience

• Active state insurance license
• Minimum one (1) year in client service working with group health and welfare benefits plans
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
