Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Small Gas Engine Mechanic located in Congers, NY. The role includes diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining small gas engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment. Successful candidates will also perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently. The mechanic will work closely with the team to meet service requirements and ensure high-quality results for our customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Small Engine Repair and Maintenance & Repair
• Experience with Hydraulic Systems and Heavy Equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is preferred
