Our agency opened in 1997 and is a close-knit team of three built on experience, service, and strong relationships. I’m a United States Marine Corps veteran and previously worked with the State Farm Credit Union before opening my agency, bringing a disciplined and service-driven approach to the business. I’m a graduate of Rutgers University’s School of Business and have a large, family-oriented household with children and grandchildren. I also served as a volunteer firefighter and stay involved with the Marine Corps League. For our team, we offer professional development, licensing paid up front, a family-oriented environment, and a strong focus on work-life balance, along with a welcoming office that includes snacks and small perks. Our office culture is close-knit, dependable, and team-oriented. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and able to work independently - someone who values loyalty, accountability, and being part of a team that truly supports one another. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Mcfadden - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
