ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1997 and is a close-knit team of three built on experience, service, and strong relationships. I’m a United States Marine Corps veteran and previously worked with the State Farm Credit Union before opening my agency, bringing a disciplined and service-driven approach to the business.

I’m a graduate of Rutgers University’s School of Business and have a large, family-oriented household with children and grandchildren. I also served as a volunteer firefighter and stay involved with the Marine Corps League.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Mcfadden - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
