Remote Customer Service Representative

Providing exceptional support to consumers and healthcare professionals, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries, complaints, and order processing across various communication channels while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities Deliver professional customer service through phone, email, and other channels, addressing inquiries and complaints Assist with order management and e-commerce support, including direct-to-consumer and business-to-business inquiries Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards Required qualifications Previous experience in customer service or contact center operations preferred Experience with Shopify and CRM platforms or e-commerce customer support is a plus Familiarity with social media customer engagement and ratings and reviews platforms Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work Experience supporting healthcare professionals or regulated products is advantageous
