In this leadership role, you ensure optimal restaurant financial results, outstanding guest service, and food quality, while providing the restaurant management and Co-worker team with opportunities for everyone to be successful. Requirements Strong, stable work history along with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant. Education and training are normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality. Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program. The position requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Minimum of 3--5 years experience as a manager.
