Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative, supportive team while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Competitive Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days annually, promoting work-life balance. Retirement Plan: 401(k) with a 3% company match. Flexible Work Schedule: Be home every evening. Bonus Opportunities: Quarterly performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and other team members. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor and analyze progress data, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice as outlined by the BACB. Qualifications Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Must hold or be eligible to obtain Texas Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to commute to or relocate to Katy, TX before starting work. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. No evenings or weekends required.
