Intellectt INC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Milpitas, onsite manufacturing leadership across SMT/PCBA, mechanical and cleanroom areas. You will drive SQDCI objectives and ensure schedules meet customer and regulatory requirements. You will lead continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and visual management, develop workforce capabilities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput, OEE, FPY, and inventory performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Intellectt INC
