We are looking for a lead warehouse associate who is hardworking, reliable and thrives in a very fast pace environment. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing and shipping orders with precision and care, along with loading and unloading trucks and containers. Some of the cartons are very heavy and although equipment is available, some cartons will require pysical maneuvering. This role will also include maintaing a safe and organized warehouse space, assisting with inventory control and counts, and supporting team quality and efficency.

The ideal candidate must also be familiar with inventory technology and has experience working in a WMS.. Attention to detail is critical. You will be required to take a basic test for simple math and attention to detail if selected for the interview process. Experience with a forklift and other warehouse equipment is a plus. This position would be ideal for a recent college graduate who is intetested in learning all aspects of a 3PL and logistics.

Example of daily/weekly tasks:

Accurately and timely pick pack and prepare and load wholesale and ecommerce orders for shipment

Receive and unload shipments verifying accuracy of items received.

Maintain a safe and clean warehouse envirnment.

Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy

Operate wareshouse eqipment safely ( pallet jacks, forlift)

Restock and organize inventory

Support special projects as needed

Qualifications:

1+ years of warehouse experience in fast pace enviornment with multiple products. ( or training in warehouse and logistics management). High school diploma required, college degree preferred.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and be comfortable moving very heavy boxes over 100 lbs with jacks or lifts.

Reliable , and detail oriented, flexible

Able to work with small team

Be able to work 9-5:30 M-F with minimal overtime on rare occasions.
