This established group is expanding its team to accommodate robust community growth and meet the ongoing healthcare needs of families across Jupiter and West Palm Beach.

• Scope of Practice: Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric primary care for ages 021, managing well visits, acute care, and minor procedures with zero hospital call or newborn nursery rounding.
\n
• Support & Practice Culture: Practice alongside a collaborative group of 4 physicians and 2 APPs backed by an experienced team of dedicated MAs, nurses, in-clinic scribes, and office managers. The practice culture prioritizes long-term provider retention, administrative harmony, and standard-setting peer mentorship for both new graduates and seasoned clinicians.

• Work-Life Synergy: Structure your ideal schedule across 3, 4, or 5 days per week with no routine weekend clinic hours required. On-call coverage is 100% phone-only, shared equally among all providers at a light 1:6 rotation and fully fortified by 24/7 nurse triage coverage on weekends.
