Overview We work with C‑Suite executives, HR managers, and small business owners to assist in expanding or enhancing the benefits package for their business and employees. As employee benefits consultants in a Business‑to‑Business setting, we share how the Colonial Life program helps reduce business costs, risks, time to administer health benefits, and protect employees. What to Expect You will run your own business. Work for yourself, but not by yourself. No experience is needed. Assistance navigating the process to obtain your Life & Health insurance license. The cost of study materials for the insurance exams will be covered for the right candidate. After you obtain your license, we have a comprehensive training program that provides all the tools for success. This position offers commission, bonuses, and renewals.
