Shift Lead

Shift LeadAs a Shift Lead, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. You will also use your multitasking and prioritization skills to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will use your experience with inventory management and cash handling to ensure that the store is properly stocked and all transactions are handled accurately. Finally, you will use your leadership skills to train and develop team members, and to maintain a positive and productive work environment.Supervises the daily workflow of the site during their shift.Handles handoffs to the next manager.Ensures operations flow smoothly to meet company expectations.Ensures compliance with safety expectations.Supervise and manage the daily operations of the store during your shift.Ensure that all team members are providing exceptional customer service.Maintain a clean and organized store environment.Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience in leadership or supervisory role.Experience with inventory management and ordering.Experience with cash handling and POS systems.High school diploma or equivalent.1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to stand and work on feet for long and/or extended periods of hours in all weather conditions.Use of protective equipment such as ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, etc.Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Lift items of moderate weight (25+ pounds).Quarterly Bonuses, Milestone Bonuses, Competition Bonuses, Unlimited Commissions, Tips, Employee Recognition, Medical, Dental and Vision for Full Time Employees, Paid Time Off + Holiday Pay for Full Time Employees.
