Flora and Fauna is an all day concept from the FARM Hospitality Group. We are seeking talented, passionate, and driven people, with a love of good food and great service who are looking make a long term career home with us.
Ideal Candidates should be interested in working with a robust bread program, lamination, plated desserts, and wholesale baked goods. Early morning shifts are required, starting between 3-5 AM.
Our team believes deeply in the importance of a healthy and enriching restaurant culture, and we are looking for people who want to help us realize this dream.
ALL Major Holidays off (MLK Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve + Christmas Day and New Years Day) and restaurant discounts (FARM, Common Thread, Strange Bird and Wildflower Cafe on Telfair Square) are included in employment.
Full Time Salaried Managers (55+ hours per week) also have the option to enroll in Health Care Benefits, including Vision + Dental Insurance, 401k Program with Employer Match and receive 15 days of paid time off a year.
