Location: Lattitude 34 – Greer, SC Position Type: Temporary (through September 2026)

What You'll Do

• Turn leads into tours by connecting with prospects and sharing what makes our community special
• Deliver engaging, personalized tours that help future residents envision life at Lattitude 34
• Build strong resident relationships and contribute to retention by providing exceptional service
• Create buzz on social media to drive awareness and excitement
• Work weekends when prospective residents are actively searching (3–4 weekends per month with two weekdays off)

What You Bring

• Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
• Confidence using social media to engage and attract prospects
• A love for connecting with people-on the phone, in person, and via text
• Strong written and verbal communication
• A polished, professional presence
• Comfort with technology, apps, and software
• A customer‑first mindset and natural sales aptitude
