What you'll need to succeed:

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Previous experience serving pediatric or school-aged populations (preferred)
• Ability to adapt physical therapy interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Organizational skills to manage a varied caseload with PreK-8th grade students

Key responsibilities:

• Provide on-site physical therapy assessments and services to students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and related service providers
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate regularly with families about student goals and achievements
• Adapt interventions and equipment to school environments as necessary
