Blue Coast Burrito & Just Love Coffee Café

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Community & Catering Sales Manager to

represent both Blue Coast Burrito and Just Love Coffee Café in the local community.

This role is focused on building relationships, generating catering and event sales, developing

community partnerships, and increasing brand awareness for both concepts.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting new people, building

relationships, and turning those relationships into long-term customers and measurable sales.

This is not primarily a desk or social media position. The expectation is to be in the community actively

creating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

-Catering & Sales Development

-Actively generate new catering business for both Blue Coast Burrito and Just Love Coffee.

-Prospect and develop relationships with local businesses, offices, schools, churches, medical offices,

apartment communities, sports organizations, hotels, and other organizations.

-Conduct regular in-person visits to potential catering and business partners.

-Follow up on catering leads and previous customers to generate repeat business.

-Introduce both brands' catering options to organizations throughout the community.

-Identify opportunities for corporate lunches, meetings, employee appreciation events, school events,

church gatherings, parties, and other group occasions.

-Develop a consistent pipeline of new catering and event opportunities.

-Track leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales results.

Community Outreach & Partnerships

-Serve as a brand ambassador for both Blue Coast Burrito and Just Love Coffee.

-Build relationships with chambers of commerce, schools, churches, nonprofits, businesses,

apartment communities, sports organizations, and other community groups.

-Attend networking events, community events, business meetings, and local functions.

-Identify opportunities for cross-promotions and strategic partnerships.

-Develop relationships that increase awareness, traffic, and sales for both locations.

-Coordinate restaurant participation in community events, vendor opportunities, and local

sponsorships when appropriate.

-Represent the brands at festivals, business expos, networking events, school functions, community

events, and other promotional opportunities.

-Coordinate sampling opportunities and catering showcases.

-Promote restaurant events, catering programs, fundraisers, and community partnerships.

-Work with restaurant leadership to create promotions that generate measurable traffic and sales.

-Help develop opportunities for private events and group gatherings.

Sales Expectations

-This position will have measurable goals tied to business development, including:

-Catering sales growth

-New catering accounts

-Repeat catering customers

-Community partnerships

-Qualified sales leads

-Events and outreach activities

-New business generated

-Overall revenue attributable to outreach efforts

The expectation is not simply to attend events or distribute marketing materials. Success in this position is

measured by relationships that turn into customers and revenue.

Qualifications:

-Strong communication and relationship-building skills

-Highly outgoing and comfortable approaching new businesses and organizations

-Sales-oriented and motivated by measurable results

-Organized and capable of managing leads and follow-up activities

-Comfortable representing multiple brands professionally

-Able to work independently and manage a weekly outreach schedule

-Experience in restaurant catering, hospitality, outside sales, community outreach, marketing, or

business development preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Familiarity with the Central Florida business community is a plus

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally enjoys connecting with people.

They should be comfortable walking into a business, introducing themselves, explaining what our

restaurants offer, leaving samples or catering information, and following up until an opportunity becomes a

customer.

2We are looking for someone who can become the face of Blue Coast Burrito and Just Love Coffee in the

community while consistently driving new business to both brands.

Schedule

This position will primarily operate during weekday business hours when businesses, schools, offices, and

community organizations are most accessible.

Some evenings and weekends may be required for networking events, community events, catering

opportunities, and restaurant promotions.

Compensation

Competitive base compensation with the opportunity for performance-based incentives or commissions

tied to catering sales and new business generated.

Specific compensation will be based on experience and the final structure of the position.
