Job Summary and Qualifications\n

The Clinical Coordinator and Educator (CCE) will demonstrate didactic and clinical knowledge and skills equivalent to that of a respiratory therapist and will demonstrate the ability to teach this knowledge and skills to others. The CCE will be a role model of professionalism and will stay current with advances in the practice of Respiratory Care and keep the department informed of such advances. The CCE will be responsible for orientation of new employees and students. Will participate in competency assessment and the provision of in-service education for the respiratory care department and others. The CCE will also be responsible to work with the leadership team to maintain quality and performance improvement initiatives and to keep records of these activities. The CCE will perform other duties as needed. \n

What qualifications you will need:\n

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
\n
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
\n
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
\n
• (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist
\n
• Bachelors Degree
\n
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
\n
