General duties for kitchen team members:

• Guest interaction with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Be able to follow Smokey Mo's processes accurately and efficiently
• Maintain proper food handling, safety, sanitation and COVID standards
• Able to learn meat cutting skills
• Prepare and cook product according to Smokey Mo's processes and procedures
• Display efficient teamwork ability
