As an itinerant onsite Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential academically and physically.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current Physical Therapist license in South Carolina is required
• Previous experience in a school-based PT role strongly preferred
• Comfort working across multiple school sites with students grades K-12
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
• Effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy assessments and interventions for students with diverse needs, ensuring compliance with IEPs and district policies
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance student mobility, access, and participation in educational activities
• Consult with teachers and staff to support students in the least restrictive environment possible
• Accurately maintain documentation and progress reports as required by district and state regulations
• Provide education and resources to families and staff regarding physical therapy programs
