Danviora Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (CNA/HHA) to join our growing team in Billerica, MA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, high-quality in-home care. - Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and independence
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans
- Valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification in Massachusetts
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and supporting clients
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes.
- Dementia care certification is a bonus
- Must pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements
