Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

This position is 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11:30 PM, with OT as necessary You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 2nd Shift You will supervise approximately 3 - 4 hourly Associates On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met You preferably have a Bachelor's degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered You have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company You have experience using Google or Microsoft applications for email and document purposes Join us!
