Role Description The Customer Success Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Stamford, CT. This position focuses on building strong relationships with customers, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring effective use of Finario's capital planning platform. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, monitoring account health, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve problems and improve the customer experience. The role also involves gathering feedback, supporting product training, promoting adoption of new features, and contributing to customer retention initiatives. The Customer Success Associate will maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and support the development of best practices for customer engagement. Qualifications 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in SaaS, EPM, ERP or other Financial related software applications (SAP, Oracle, JDE, OneStream, Anaplan) Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Engagement and Customer Support capabilities. Experience focusing on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to drive long-term relationships. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret usage data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Strong technical skills with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (SnowFlake, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and API (Open, Restful) connectivity to other Enterprise Systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Prior experience in SaaS, financial technology, or B2B software environments is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Finario
