team where engineers have significant ownership over product development, architecture, and technical direction.You'll work closely with the founding team to build scalable full-stack systems spanning polished frontend experiences, backend APIs, AI orchestration, telephony integrations, analytics, and infrastructure.This is an opportunity to work on a category-defining voice AI product while owning projects from architecture through production and directly influencing the company's technology and product direction.Build and ship full-stack product features across the platformDevelop polished and intuitive frontend experiences using React and TypeScriptBuild scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, and other backend technologiesDevelop core voice AI product capabilities including prompt orchestration and conversational workflowsBuild dashboards, analytics systems, and customer-facing product experiencesBuild and maintain telephony integrations supporting AI-powered voice conversationsDesign and implement scalable distributed systems supporting high-volume AI workloadsBuild production APIs and backend services supporting customer-facing applicationsOwn projects end-to-end from architecture and technical design through implementation, deployment, and iterationMake architectural decisions across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systemsBuild reliable DevOps and deployment workflows supporting rapid product iterationWork closely with the founding team to define product requirements and technical directionTranslate customer needs and feedback into
