Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using hand tools and basic equipment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Operate and support injection molding machines by loading materials and monitoring production to ensure smooth operation
• Inspect parts to verify they meet quality standards and identifying any defects or inconsistencies
• Package, label and prepare finished products for shipment or storage
• Move materials and finished goods using pallet jacks or manual handling, as well as maintaining clean work areas, machines, and equipment
• Regrind scrap material and dispose of waste properly while promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions, material issues, or quality concerns to supervision
• Adhere to safety, quality management (QMS), and environmental (EMS) procedures

Requirements for Production Operator:

Ability to stand or sit for up to eight hours per shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills are necessary for assembling small components, along with the ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy. Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience, preferred. Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to follow instructions, work independently as well as part of a team, and demonstrate reliable attendance along with a strong work ethic. Spanish or bilingual preferred. Ability to train on 1st shift for two weeks then move to 3rd shift; hours are 6am to 2pm.
