Farmers Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative for a virtual role with optional in-person options within Florida. You will be the first point of contact for customers and agents, answering questions about coverage, billing, and policy details, while delivering outstanding service with guidance from our paid University of Farmers training. Training runs for 12–15 weeks with EST hours during and after training; normal business hours Mon–Fri. #J-18808-Ljbffr Farmers Group Inc.
