Senior Financial Center Associate - Floater

Job Summary Senior Financial Center Associate – Floater. Supports the Financial Center Manager by maintaining bank operations and assisting Private Client Groups and clients across bank policies and procedures. Requires extensive travel to various Financial Centers for staffing support. Salary $18.83-30.00/hr. Job Responsibilities Backup the Financial Center Manager and support daily operations. Assist with opening and closing the Financial Center, handling facilities issues, POD scanning, reviewing teller work, invoice payments, FC proof, daily/monthly FC reports, and monthly audits. Provide ongoing service to clients, responding to account inquiries and requests. Support Private Client Groups with wire transfers, new account documentation, foreign wires, collections, and related tasks. Help back‑office personnel resolve operational issues, including proof investigations and wire transfer requests. Assist financial center management with various projects. Complete mandatory training in Compliance, HR, and other areas as required. Execute special projects and additional duties as needed. Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and complete required trainings. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Job Requirements High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent). Minimum 3 years of teller experience in financial services; at least 2 years supervising tellers in a branch setting. Ability to travel extensively across New York (5 boroughs, upstate, Long Island). Experience working in a dynamic, changing environment. Knowledge of business accounts and wire transfers. Professionalism, strong problem‑solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Client‑service orientation, teamwork, motivation, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain positive relationships and manage multiple projects. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships in alignment with enterprise goals.
