Personal Care Assistant

Personal Care Assistant University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional support to our clients in Livonia, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with their daily living activities to promote independence, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Support clients with mobility and transferring safely within their homes. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Report any changes in client condition or concerns to supervisory staff promptly. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure quality care. Requirements Previous experience in a caregiving or personal care assistant role is a plus Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable assisting with physical tasks and lifting as necessary. Valid and current certifications (if required by local regulations) are a plus. Must be able to pass a background check and any required health screenings. Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.
