About the role:

About the role:
- Ensure and maintain a high level of sanitation, food safety, and safe working environment
- Operation, inspection, setup, adjustment, and basic maintenance of fluming equipment, relish cutting equipment, forklifts, hoppers, blanchers and desalt tanks
- Verify that the correct produce is being used for each area of work, including produce rotation
- Keeps inventory, loading areas and machinery clean
- Collaborate with and communicate with colleagues over the radio
- Occasionally lift items up to 50lbs
- May drive occasionally outside in weather conditions
- Start up and shut down of the PPA system for the flume and soak tanks. This includes capping the probes, and turning on and off the controller
- The duties and responsibility described are not a comprehensive list of all tasks Additional tasks and duties may be assigned from time to time as necessitate by business need
