Registered Nurse (RN) - IV Therapy

Description Lincoln Hospital Req #: 80995 Position Summary Registered Nurse II vacancy. Full‑time, 36‑hour/week day shift (07:30‑16:00, 4 shifts weekly). No weekends or holidays. Includes $10,000 sign‑on bonus for RN with 0‑2 years experience, $20,000 for RN with >2 years experience (prorated for part‑time). Bonuses limited to newly hired RN positions; per diem hires ineligible. MaineHealth members ineligible; former employees must have >6 months separation. Unit Bio The MH Registered Nurse – Acute Care role provides high‑quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care. MH RN II: competent in their clinical role with most patients assigned. Not able to care for every patient type; demonstrates ability to acquire resources for skill development. Includes automatic advancement after one year as RN I, must be in good standing and meet RN I requirements. Qualifications Education: Graduate of accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current applicable state license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Other certifications may be required specific to area of practice or in accordance with Department guidelines. Experience: One year of recent RN experience required. Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements completed, including the New Grad Residency (where available).
