Blue Link Wireless LLC Salary range for this position is $19 per hour - $25 per hour with a bonus of $10k-$30k plus. Responsibilities Retail Assistant Store Managers are the cornerstone of the retail experience, serving as the face of Blue Link Wireless and the AT&T brand. You’ll be responsible for supporting our sales team in your store to ensure they are able to demonstrate the wide array of products, services, and entertainment options available to our customers, creating personalized solutions for every person that walks through the door through leading by example. Top performing full-time Retail Assistant Store Managers can earn up to $40+ per hour if sales goals and training expectations are met. Commissions are based on sales and performance goals set for a given market.
