Shipping Clerk

Pay: $16/HR Schedule: Monday-Friday 10AM-6:30 PM Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of products in and out of our facility. Key Responsibilities: Check in drivers and manage documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare and verify Bills of Lading (BOL) and other shipping documents. Tag and label products accurately for shipment or storage. Monitor and maintain inventory records, ensuring accuracy. Communicate and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient handling of products. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory shipping/receiving procedures. Position Requirements: Previous experience in clerical work and warehouse operations is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be bilingual (proficiency in English and Spanish). Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to [specify weight limit if needed]. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with standard office and warehouse management software.
