You'll have the opportunity to lead, innovate, and build meaningful relationships with individuals, families, and a dedicated care team — all while growing professionally in a supportive, team-based environment.What we seek:Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Applied Behavior Analysis + 1 year of supervised experience in a residential/community setting with individuals with I/DD; OR Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of related behavioral management experience with individuals with I/DD and;Demonstrated competency implementing evidence-based ABA interventions required.Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and writing Behavior Intervention Plans.Working knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and best practices in the I/DD field.Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record systems.Valid driver's license. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystone-Programs,-Inc.
