Electrician I

The Company is seeking an Electrician I to support our rapidly growing team. The Electrician I will assist in unit renovation, fire alarm system installation, and maintaining residential spaces in SanFrancisco. The Company provides architecture, engineering, design, and apartment remodeling services to institutional and individual clients. As the Architect and the Builder, the Company provides one seamless process for its clients. With a track record of successfully completing hundreds of high-quality apartment renovation projects, the Company is a preferred contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area. Primary Responsibilities Assist with electrical installations including conduit runs, wire pulls, and fixture mounting Follow instructions from Lead Electrician, including support in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as multimeters Perform basic tasks such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures Collaborate with other trades and team members to support project timelines Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards Abide by all work safety rules per company standards Other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Basic understanding of electrical tools, materials, and safety procedures Comfortable working at heights using ladders Authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus Key Skills and Competencies Basic electrical knowledge and technical skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Ability to adhere to training and procedures Ballast Investments is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
