Job Title: General Labor – Waive Clerk (1st Shift)

Location: Greenwood, IN
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Waive Clerk to support warehouse operations on 1st shift. This is an urgent and specialized position requiring strong communication skills, basic Excel proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating professionally with Ryder clients, including DHL, through email correspondence.

Responsibilities

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking (no formulas required)
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients via email
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Monitor and process warehouse-related clerical tasks with high attention to detail
Stand for extended periods while performing assigned duties
Assist with general labor tasks as needed based on workload demands
Move pallets and lift up to 50 lbs when required

Qualifications

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Strong written communication and email etiquette
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing workload priorities
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
Previous warehouse or clerical experience preferred
