RATIO Critical 2:1 Step Down 4:1 Standard 6:1 MISC Ability to float to Med/Surg, Tele, Step-Down, Observation floors SHIFT 12 hour shift + call EXP REQ Initiation/titration/management of vasopressors, thrombolytics, antihypertensives, antidiabetics and sedation #J-18808-Ljbffr
