Editor De Vídeo – Direct Response This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Editor De Vídeo – Direct Response based in Brazil. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and optimization of high-converting video content for direct response marketing campaigns targeting global audiences. You will work closely with senior editors, copywriters, and multidisciplinary teams to develop persuasive Video Sales Letters (VSLs), advertisements, and complete sales funnel assets. Your work will directly support campaign performance, offer optimization, and conversion growth across multiple digital products. You will have the opportunity to experiment with emerging technologies, including AI-powered editing, voice cloning, and digital avatars. Accountabilities: Edit Video Sales Letters (VSLs), advertisements, and complete sales funnel assets, including upsells, micro-leads, and offer-building content, with a strong focus on persuasive storytelling and conversion. Collaborate with senior video editors and internal copywriting teams to develop new sales funnels and transform scripts into engaging audiovisual experiences. Produce and optimize video assets for existing offers, including VSL revisions, upsell creatives, and complete upsell sequences. Support other editing teams when needed, ensuring consistent technical quality and alignment with creative and strategic guidelines. Improve internal editing workflows and production processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and delivery quality. Explore and apply emerging tools and AI technologies for video editing, automation, voice cloning, and digital avatars, sharing relevant findings and best practices with the team. Manage operational tasks, including organizing video assets, maintaining folders and spreadsheets, and conducting visual research to identify suitable footage. Select and integrate footage that reinforces the script, strengthens the narrative, and supports the campaign's marketing objectives. Requirements: Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work and technical capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent professional video editing software. Experience editing VSLs, direct response advertisements, or other persuasive, performance-driven video content. Knowledge of AI-powered tools for video production and editing, such as ElevenLabs, DreamFace, and Moises. Ability to research, identify, and select relevant footage that aligns with copy, scripts, and campaign objectives. Understanding of motion graphics, visual design principles, and audiovisual storytelling techniques. Access to personal equipment capable of handling long-form, high-quality video production and editing. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Intermediate English proficiency, particularly for reading and understanding written materials. Nice to have: Experience in direct response marketing, nutraceuticals, digital information products, or related markets. Knowledge of visual copywriting, persuasive audiovisual techniques, and conversion-oriented creative strategies. Advanced English proficiency.
