This role is ideal for those with a flexible schedule who are ready to make a difference whenever the need arises.Responsibilities:Provide personal care, companionship, and household support as needed based on client requirements.Offer meaningful social interaction, activities, and emotional support to clients.Be prepared to adjust and perform a range of caregiving tasks based on individual client needs and circumstances.Observe and report changes in client health and behavior.Requirements:Prior caregiving experience with flexibility for on-call shifts preferred.Must be available on short notice for varying shifts.Quick adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to care.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.Completion of a background check and drug screening.Benefits:Higher pay rates for on-call availability.Flexible work hours and varied assignments.Training and development opportunities.
