HealthPark Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33908 Department Rehabilitation Services Job Type Full Time Shift Shift 1 – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hiring Range $70,720.00 – $115,252.80 annually Job Overview NICU Occupational Therapist responsible for neurodevelopmental support, feeding therapy, and sensory integration for premature and medically complex infants. Tasked with examining, evaluating and testing patients with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments to develop treatment plans and assess intervention outcomes. Includes risk reduction, fitness promotion, and engagement in administration, consultation, education, and research. Responsibilities Assess and diagnose patients with neurological, developmental, or physical impairments. Develop, implement, and modify individualized occupational therapy intervention plans. Reduce risk of injury and promote health and wellness in all age groups. Conduct administrative duties, consultations, education, and research activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Demonstrate professionalism, critical thinking, communication, problem‑solving, time management, and stress management. Qualifications Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy. Required NICU experience and pediatric acute care experience. Active Florida State Occupational Therapist Licensure.
