We're currently looking for an Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about practicing high-quality medicine and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Responsibilities include: Performing physical examinations and developing diagnostic and treatment plans Interpreting laboratory results and diagnostic imaging Performing routine soft tissue surgery, dental prophylaxis, and oral surgery Educating clients and communicating treatment recommendations with compassion and clarity Maintaining accurate medical records Collaborating closely with our technicians and support staff to provide efficient, high-quality patient care Participating in case discussions, continual learning, and helping us continue to grow as a hospital What We're Looking For: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution Eligible for Florida veterinary licensure Experience in small animal general practice Strong clinical skills in small animal medicine Confidence (or an eagerness to grow) in surgery and dentistry Excellent communication and client education skills Strong time management abilities A collaborative, team-oriented attitude Commitment to practicing compassionate, high-quality medicine If you're looking for a hospital where you can practice great medicine, laugh with your coworkers, celebrate the wins, and lean on each other through the hard cases, we'd love to meet you.
