Technologist – Mammo/CT or Mammo/MRI Ascension is seeking a Technologist for its St. Agnes Facility in Baltimore, MD. The role involves radiographic procedures for diagnostic treatment of illness and injuries with a full-time day shift schedule. Details Schedule: Full-Time; 8 hours day shift. Facility opens Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–7:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am–5:30 pm, Saturday 8:00 am–1:00 pm (except last Saturday of month 8:00 am–4:30 pm) Facility: Ascension St. Agnes Location: Baltimore, MD Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Salary: $40.49–$56.43 per hour Benefits: Paid time off, health insurance, retirement with employer match, disability, EAP, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, community volunteer opportunities. Certification & Schedule Certification in Mammography required, along with CT or MRI credentialing. Responsibilities Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately. Implement radiation protection and safety standards. Prepare, perform, and assist physicians in special and advanced procedures. Prepare and administer contrast media and medication within scope of practice and applicable regulations. Help position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory agency standards. Ensure prompt submission of high-quality images and documents to PACS. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly department including procedure rooms, storage, dressing rooms, and film storage. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); all specialties accepted. General Radiography certification through ARRT also required. State licensure issued by Maryland Board of Physicians required. Medical Sonographer credentialed from ARDMS; CCI certification also accepted. Education: High school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's/Technical degree, OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job‑specific experience.
