Associate Attorney OpportunityRumbergerKirk is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience to join our Tampa office, with an emphasis on general liability litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is looking to gain hands-on litigation experience, work directly with clients, and play an active role in case strategy and management. You'll take on meaningful responsibility, gain valuable courtroom experience, and develop your practice through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on learning. If you are looking for meaningful work and a firm that is invested in your long-term success, we encourage you to apply.What You'll DoRepresent clients in all phases of civil litigation, from case inception through trial.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.Take and defend depositions, attend hearings and mediations, and assist with trial preparation.Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.Work directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.Collaborate with supervising attorneys to develop litigation strategy and achieve successful outcomes.What We're Looking For3–5 years of civil litigation experience.Experience in general liability, casualty, premises liability, product liability, or complex litigation preferred.Ability to manage cases with increasing independence and responsibility.Experience handling depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida.Why You'll Love it HereAt RumbergerKirk, you'll find more than a place to practice law.
