Compliance Director, Fidelity Digital Assets®, NA Compliance – Product AdvisoryAs a Director within the Fidelity Digital Assets® Compliance team, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the business, helping drive a strong culture of compliance, ethical conduct, and regulatory excellence.In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the Product Advisory program for a rapidly evolving digital asset platform. You will work cross-functionally to support innovative products and services while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations across jurisdictions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on the launch of new products and enhancements to existing offerings, ensuring compliance readiness from concept through deploymentHelp build and evolve the Compliance Advisory program, including governance, frameworks, and best practicesServing as the primary compliance advisor to the Fidelity Digital Assets® Finance teamServing as the compliance lead for the Regulation W programCollaborate with global compliance teams to support international expansion and regulatory alignmentEngage closely with Product team to understand strategy, roadmap, and emerging risksProvide compliance support for digital asset tradingDefine compliance requirements, design and document controls, and oversee implementation of policies and proceduresMonitor product activity to identify risks, escalate issues, and recommend control and process improvementsCoordinate with AML and Risk teams on surveillance, investigations, and escalationsIdentify control gaps and lead development of pragmatic, compliant remediation plansSupport product risk assessments in partnership with Compliance Governance and OperationsProvide compliance leadership and input to governance forums (e.g., Business Acceptance, New Product, and Trade Oversight Committees)Delivering training and guidance to promote compliance awareness across the organizationAssist with regulatory inquiries, examinations, and related mattersThe Expertise & Skills You Bring10 plus years of experience in Compliance, Risk, and/or Legal rolesStrong understanding of global regulatory frameworks applicable to digital assetsDemonstrated ability to design, implement, and oversee compliance controlsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadersAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environmentPreferredExperience supporting digital asset, crypto, or blockchain-related productsPrior experience leading or managing teams (directly or in a matrixed environment)Prior Finance or Reg W experienceAdvanced degree (MBA, JD, or similar)Knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and related technologiesKnowledge of OCC regulationsExperience interacting with U.S. financial services regulatorsExperience working cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Operations, and AuditThe TeamThis role reports to the Vice President of Product Advisory and is part of the Fidelity Digital Assets® Compliance organization, led by the Chief Compliance Officer for Fidelity Digital Assets®.Fidelity Digital Assets® is an enterprise-grade platform supporting custody, trading, and servicing digital assets.You will join a highly collaborative team at the forefront of financial innovation, with the opportunity to shape compliance strategy in one of the most dynamic areas of financial services.Additional InformationSalary Grade: 7 Organization: Enterprise Services Compliance Category: ComplianceThe base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
